On day 2 you can choose which class you prefer. For the early birds among us we will start with a dynamic and loosen the muscles training, following with a functional training to start the day based on the personal trainer expertise. Later on that day we will concentrate on full body workouts. Bootcamp, core trainings by using the basics of functional training. Functional training is the way of getting in shape without fitness machines but based on dumbbells, kettlebells, viprs, suspension trainers, agility equipment and easy to take home ground exercises.  

People who love dynamic creative yoga sessions, can also practice hatha yoga at the same day. Hatha yoga is an energetic style of yoga with synchronizing breath with individual poses linked by flowing movements.

In the evening like every evening we will give the option to join a yoga nidra and breathing session. After a good day of practicing and relaxation we will gather around the dinner table and enjoy a variated meal while watching the sunset. As well fish, meat and vegetarian meals will be served.
