The first day will be the moment your health retreat starts.

After your relaxing time and welcome drink, we start with a plunge in the pool, get to know each other and we have some lunch. We will explain the program, house rules and practical organization, after that you will have plenty of time to explore your wonderful retreat at your pace. We plan a yoga nidra at the first evening. Yoga nidra is a powerful and completely accessible tool with a myriad of benefits. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been doing downward dogs for decades, yoga nidra is a powerful practice to incorporate into your routine. Touted for its restorative health benefits, yoga nidra also referred to as “yogic sleep” or “conscious sleep” — allows the body to go into a deep state of relaxation. All it requires is a willingness to lie down, let go, rest, and be guided by our yogini.


In the evening we will provide the first delicious and healthy dinner.

Optional transfers are available from Malaga Airport.

The retreat has an easy access for any vehicle and parking spots within the premises.
